About the Bera Watch project
This exciting project involved the creation of a contemporary ground-floor extension for a charming flint house with stunning views over Beer village and Lyme Bay. The design seamlessly integrates modern architecture with the home’s traditional character, featuring expansive glass elevations that flood the interior with natural light and maximise the breathtaking coastal vistas.
Alongside the extension, the adjoining rooms were fully renovated to enhance the flow of the living spaces, blending functionality with style to create a harmonious and luxurious environment that complements its picturesque setting.
