This project involved the demolition of an outdated bungalow to make way for a contemporary replacement dwelling that seamlessly blends modern design with exceptional eco-credentials. Featuring an asymmetric pitched slate roof, the property’s striking architecture is further enhanced by full-height glazing on the principal elevation, allowing natural light to flood the interior.
Designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind, the home is heated via an advanced air source heat pump and underfloor heating system, achieving outstanding air tightness and high thermal performance.
