About The Grove Mews 1-5 project
We were proud to deliver this small but impactful development of five executive townhouses, located in the heart of Seaton, just steps from our own offices. This terrace of contemporary homes spans three floors and features raised rear terraces and a convenient rear access path.
Given its central location, this project was a fantastic opportunity to enhance the area’s aesthetic with high-specification finishes. Working closely with our interior design partner, Intuitive Interiors, we created a stunning show home that highlights the development’s standout features, including underfloor heating throughout, spacious en-suite bathrooms, and sleek, modern kitchens with Corian worktops.
Despite the challenges of working on a compact, high-profile site in full view of the public, we delivered this project on time and within budget, ensuring a seamless result for both the community and future homeowners.
